1. We ship to worldwide. The shipping time may vary, depending on receiver’s location.
2. Items will be shipped within 48-72 hours after the payment cleared.
3. The package by airmail will be delayed 5-10 days sometimes by the reason of the flights, custom issues or Christmas rush
4. For international as rush. Orders, buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty, local taxes and VAT. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
5. For any urgent shipment, please use Express shipment such as EMS ,TNT, OR DHL in order not to cause any delay (it will take 3-7 business days to worldwide) .
Returns:
1. If you have a defective item which you want to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days from you receive the shipment.
2. If item was purchased by a mistake and sent back for a refund, 20% restocking fee will be held.
3. Any damaged and used items do not qualify for a return.
4. Shipping cost is not refundable. .
5. Item must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
6. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items.

Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
